Store bought expansion refuses install, saying it needs "disk 1" every try!

@sparklingslushie try downloading it through Origin.

• Download the Origin client http://origin.com/download (if you don't already have it downloaded) 
• Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
• Go to your My Games
• Download

I was unable to redeem the key, it says the key's already been used but I've been unable to use it. I can prove I own it if that'll help any!

I want to, but both Chrome, and IE say when I try to load the chat that its a invalid or broken link. I've tried mentioning this to the EAHelp twitter but haven't gotten a reply. Which is a tad bit of a bummer cause, the Answer HQ was the only other option it'd give me for contacting help.
