I am installing sims 3 on a new laptop system. The last I played was on my desktop back in 2019 or so. Their Origins App and now EA App loses my games completely and doesn't recognize that I even have the sims 3 addons. I have purchased ALL of the packs and their help desk has had to restore them now 3 separate times.. today I am told to "clear cache"... this is a brand new system.. and I am just now installing it the first time.. how can their be that much cache? it still doesn't recognize my worlds I purchased!! I was going to buy some content and tried to update my account through their website and it took them over 20 minutes to send me a code to my email.. IT IS THEM.. FIX YOUR ISSUES EA instead of putting out more content
