Ever since I switched from origin to the EA app I haven't been able to use my store content. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, downloading the content inside the game. I've tried just about everything I can. It shows that my content has downloaded but doesn't show up in the game. I've since stopped playing the game because I can't access the stuff I paid for.
SkyleeRae Please try the Store site again now. It's down sometimes but worked for me a minute ago. If it still doesn't work for you, please try a different browser, and let me know whether the problem happens before or after you try to login.
So I tried doing this, but quickly ran into a problem. While trying to download the content I wasn't able to access the sims 3 store. I keep getting an error message error 403. When I try to login in game and download the items from there, my password isn't working. I know it's correct because I was able to login yesterday, nevertheless I tried to reset my password, but pressing that button in game brings you to an EA website with no directions, and pressing forgot password on the launcher pops up with another error code.
SkyleeRae Please try installing a couple of Store items into a clean user folder. If this helps, you can install the rest of the content there, then move over your saves and any other content you'd like to preserve. More details are here:
