CAS missing thumbnails for cc and store bought items
Hello, my CAS is missing thumbnails for the images. I recently made a new sims 3 file (im not sure if im describing it right but it was using this method: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-3-technical-issues-en/read-first-sims-3-store-guide/11157679/replies/11157681) Is it possible I did it wrong and messed up my thumbnails?
Limited content included in a standard pack?
I recently bought Pets from ea app, and the pet store, which is the exclusive content from the limited edition, showed up in my purchase history on sims 3 store. My question is, if i buy other packs like Island Paradise, University life..., from ea app, will their exclusive content also show up?iNVALID GAME KEY EVEN THOUGH GAME [IS INFACT] BOUGHT AND REGISTERED?
i play sims 3. i'm just now experimenting with mods (finally got it to actually work how i want it) and i was gonna go on the sims 3 to see what new items or sims i wanted to play with. there's a sim somebody made who's soooo gorgeous! so i download it just like normal, i even did this just days ago and it downloads to the launcher with ease (most of the time) (scripts). but today, when i tried downloading this new sim to play with, i got a pop-up that says to either update the game or register it with its CD KEY. i put in the key and it says the game is already valid, i can't use it, or the expansion pack i DO PLAY says its invalid all around and won't work. liikkeee... i'm just trying to boss my sims around, it was working fine. now it isn't. has anyone else gotten this? did you fix it, can you? whats happening? i wasn't able to show a screen shot of this but it says exactly: "Upgrade your registration for The Sims 3 Community!You must be a game-registered user to use certain community features.Purchase one of our games by visiting your local retailer or by browsing our Games Page.Already own a Sims 3 game? Please register your game and get full access to the site's features." what!Store content won't show up in game
Ever since I switched from origin to the EA app I haven't been able to use my store content. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, downloading the content inside the game. I've tried just about everything I can. It shows that my content has downloaded but doesn't show up in the game. I've since stopped playing the game because I can't access the stuff I paid for.Unplayable on new mac
I just got a brand new Mac. I tried redownloading the sims 3 on my new computer and when I went to open the game I had to double click everything, I wasn’t able to rotate the camera, the eyelashes are glitched, I was unable to use terrain paint, unable to swim in the ocean, fish, or be able to pick up bugs in the world. I have put in thousands of hours into this game and it is my favorite game. I am devastated. This is the 64-bit version.
Sims 3 CC (create a sim) won't show up?
Hi everyone I'm hoping someone can help me! I have downloaded some cc to my game but none of it will show up in create a sim, but I know its working since I have a custom loading screen and the no intro mod and they both seem to work? ive even went down to trying it with one piece of clothing and still nothing. Has anyone else experienced this? I am also on MacBook fyi :)
