Unplayable on new mac
I just got a brand new Mac. I tried redownloading the sims 3 on my new computer and when I went to open the game I had to double click everything, I wasn’t able to rotate the camera, the eyelashes are glitched, I was unable to use terrain paint, unable to swim in the ocean, fish, or be able to pick up bugs in the world. I have put in thousands of hours into this game and it is my favorite game. I am devastated. This is the 64-bit version.
Sims 3 CC (create a sim) won't show up?
Hi everyone I'm hoping someone can help me! I have downloaded some cc to my game but none of it will show up in create a sim, but I know its working since I have a custom loading screen and the no intro mod and they both seem to work? ive even went down to trying it with one piece of clothing and still nothing. Has anyone else experienced this? I am also on MacBook fyi :)
Store content won't show up in game
Ever since I switched from origin to the EA app I haven't been able to use my store content. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, downloading the content inside the game. I've tried just about everything I can. It shows that my content has downloaded but doesn't show up in the game. I've since stopped playing the game because I can't access the stuff I paid for.

Default replacement Problem
Hello. I'm wondering if someone els is having the same problem I'm having and if someone has any tips on how I can solve this sillly small problem. I recently acquired a new pc, and a fresh EA account with all of the expansions. I was so excited to download my favourite mods and start playing. I got everything to work and was about to play when I realized my default replacement eyes were not showing in game. My default replacement skins are showing up just fine and all of the other cc is there. I'm really sad because I love making sims and can spend hours perfecting them. And they just don't look right without the default replacement eyes. I took everything in my mods folder out and kept the eyes to see if there was a problem with some of the mods/cc and there was no change.
Sims 3 - Expansion Packs
I have downloaded sims 3 on to my external hard drive using the EA app. I have about 9 expansion packs. These all download just fine but when hit the main menu launcher the game doesn't show me the other worlds that the expansion packs come with. Not to mention that if I click on the base game town and go into create a sim, the expansion pack clothes options are showing that they should be there but is just a blank cube where the clothing item should be. As well if i go to create a pet, it'll take me to the option in create a sim but again a blank space. I have tried to connect with EA help and haven't gotten any answers. I have repaired the sims 3, uninstalled reinstalled but it hasn't worked. I had no problem previously running the sims 3 when it was through the origin app. Any advice? I tried again today to reach out to EA but it isn't giving me the option to chat with an advisor.
