Stray animals keep getting inside my house Sims 3

Hi there, I have the pets expansion pack for Sims 3 and so far it has actually been fantastic except for one issue. After a certain point a stray animal (sometimes a horse, sometimes dog or cat etc) ...

@Virus0006 You can also lock the doors as well as fence the property and gate it and lock the gate for pets that will keep them off the lot and house if your playing sims 3 pets
