Stuck at loading Create a Sim!

I have a huuuuge problem. I downloaded some stuff from Exchange and now my game is stuck  at the loading screen to the Create a Sim (- thing)! I click on the Create a Sim button and the loading screen appears, but then nothing.. The wheel is spinning, so it seems like it's loading but clearly it's not when I left if like that for hours... PLEASE HELP ME!!
