stuck in create a sim

One of my sims aged up, and i didn't like her outfit, so i used the cheat to enter create a sim. Once i had finished editing her appearance and went to exit create a sim, it would not let me leave. The only buttons that are working are the camera controls, the store, and sometimes the undo button. I don't want to close the sims 3 tab completely because i haven't saved in a while and i don't want to loose all my progress. is their any way to either exit CAS without using the button, or is their any way of saving progress from CAS?

    Hi @edannery65,

    Were you able to find a solution for this?

    From what you are telling us, it could be you removed something that was necessary to be able to exit Create a Sim. For example, you cannot go back to live mode if the sim doesn't have a name.

    Hopefully it will never happen again, but if it does, please, check that 😉
