Stuff Pack still "unreleased" 3 days after release?

I pre-ordered ts3 70's 80's and 90's Stuff a few months back.  I received a charge for it on my credit card and the library on Origin lists it as one of my purchased games.  However, it says I am unable to download the game because it is still unreleased, although the release date was 3 days ago.
