Stupid Question, lol.

I accidentally clicked "ok," to lock my camera, so that I have to right-click the mouse, if I want to pan to the left or right.  It's not a big deal, but I would prefer to go back, to the old way, and simply pan, without clicking.  How do I reset that?  Thanks!!!
