Sunlit Tides

ive paid for the sunlit tides, installed sims 3 on another disk, installed it but no sunlit tides, try to download the new world from the Purchase History Page of the Sims 3 website (store.thesims3.com) but somehow it ask me the id and password like hundred times, it wont download the Sunlit Tides.. Can someone help me plse

  • Sayange  Please try a different browser, for example Firefox works well with the Store.  The browser should not have any pop-up blockers or other utilities installed.

    If that doesn't help, please move or rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, open the launcher to create a new folder, and try again.  Doing this will remove, but not delete, your saves and other user data, all of which can be restored later.

    Have the same problem, changing browsers does nothing other than bringing up the popup about allowing the site to open the link using the launcher, and renaming the documents helped nothing either. Even being logged into the launcher before hand does nothing, as it just brings up the popup still

  • cheatzIgj  What are you trying to download, and can you download free Store content like Riverview or one of the holiday celebration packs?

    I had tried to download the old mill at first but am unable to download anything from the sims 3 store pages, it all asks to sign in and will just constantly pull the sign in popup (In the launcher). Even free stuff like Riverview wants a sign in.

  • cheatzIgj  Please try downloading the content in a new admin Windows account.  Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account.  You'll be able to run the game, but your existing saves and other user content won't be available.

    Before testing, please clear the EA App's cache and repair the game (EA App > Sims 3 > Manage > Repair) specifically in the new account.
