I've got the same problem. I never received my redemption code, tried to talk to EA's customer support, got some guy names Rohit who couldn't speak English at all, and he kept telling me to update my game, even though it was already updated. And I had said that it was already updated 4 or 5 times. He eventually gave up trying to help me (because I assume he couldn't understand my problem to begin with), and said that I'd receive an e-mail from their "Expert Team" soon.
Ya, i got the same guy and the same response~he said something was wrong with my order. You have to enter your code into the register game area of the sims online place. Then it will give you pvz content code to download.
