Supernatural will not install!

I just bought a new computer after my old one broke and started to re-download sims 3 and its expansions via origin. For some reason all expansions downloaded and installed without problem except sup...

    Did you try to turn off Anti Virus and Firewall for the duration of the installation ?

    Other than that I don't have more ideas. I'll see that any of the other helpers has one.

    Nvermind, I found out what was bugging the installation. Thanks for your help anyway.

I've tried following the solutions; but none of them are working.

      So I tried deleting the copy and downloading it again. But now it starts installing for half a second then immediately stops.

        Did you clean the registery ? Do you get an error message or does the process halt ?
