@gavgav387 This is why I always recommend using live chat rather than email, which seems to be almost impossible to work with. If you're not seeing the option to live chat, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
If that doesn't work either, try a private browser window and find the option that says you can't login to your account.
