The code I bought on Amazon is acting really weird.

I bought the Sims 3 with the Supernatural expansion only to learn that expansion seems to no longer exist. The Supernatural code downloaded as the game code which is not registering. I could log in on the launcher before now I can't and the game says it is not updated but the launcher says it is. My sim won't stop talking to her toddler and to make matters worse whenever I try to report my problems the Error Reporter says my internet connection is not working. My game is a mess and I paid $25 dollars for this!
