the dowload button for my dlcs aren't showing up

I got the sims 3 and some dlcs for it but some of them don't have the "download" as a option and are not showing up in game, when i'm on there profile it says i own it but just doesn't have a download option.

    @MxMidnight  If you're viewing the main Sims 3 page and select Manage > Manage add-ons, can you download Supernatural from there?  If not, let me know, but please wait until Monday to post back.  The EA App sometimes doesn't allow downloads of new content right away (a longstanding problem), so this might resolve itself with time.

    If you still can't download by Monday, I'll flag your post to someone from EA.  They're gone for the weekend right now, so you wouldn't get a response before then anyway.

    @Ellalives00  Do you see a Download button under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons?  What about if you click the Add-ons or DLC button at the top of the Sims 3 main page and find your new packs there?

    It's also possible that the EA App is merely delayed in offering a Download button, so please check back again now even if you looked before.

    hi i just bought Sims 3 Supernatural add-on and the download button isn't appearing. I was able to download the other two packs I got (Seasons and Pets) but not this one. I closed the ea app and I cleared cache like others suggested and its still not there. pls help

    So today I bought Sims 3 Supernatural and 70s, 80s and 90s stuff on the EA store but just like everybody else its not letting me install them. Even when I click manage add-ons only 70, 80s and 90s stuff is there which says "In-game content", it does say I own Supernatural but none of them have a download box next to it. I tried clearing the cache and it didn't work, I then saw people say to to uninstall and reinstall my game but I encountered another problem... it won't let me uninstall my game either. I'm so stuck, what do I do now? It's so frustrating it feels like I've wasted my money right now.
