The Late Night expansion pack (EP03) never shows up in the launcher

The Late Night expansion pack (EP03) never shows up in the launcher and never appears in-game when launched.

Originally, I paid for a 2-month EA Play subscription to try The Sims 3, which included the Late Night expansion. After my subscription ended, I purchased the Pets expansion. Since then, I’ve been able to play the base game along with Pets, but a bug has occurred where Late Night is never recognized as installed in the launcher, even though the files are downloaded and located on my PC.

I would like to fix this bug so I can play the Late Night expansion as well. Any help?
