The official website's pack didn't work
I downloaded THE TOYOTA PRIUS FAMILY PACK from the official website and it was loaded onto sims 3's downloads file. It worked, but when I launched again, it didn't show up in Downloads and Installed...

I clicked the download button from this website. Not launcher's download tab.
I just clicked the download button than the launcher opened by itself to download THE TOYOTA PRIUS FAMILY PACK, the game didn't start or closed by itself. I didn't enter the game too.

Did it download the pack ? And if so, did you hit install on the launcher afterwards ?
I can't seem to see your pictrues but that seems to be an issue on my side.
