The Prism art studio

Are you attempting to place it on a marked community lot? Lot will have a picnic table icon to represent that's it a community lot. 

I was able to place it on a community lot of the correct size, but I am unable to locate the glass blowing and jewelry making items in build/buy, and when I check Downloads Dashboard it says the "prism art stuido has finished downloading".  I can't locate it anywhere.

Is the building empty ? If so, the content probably did not get installed properly. Try reinstalling it.

The building is void of anything related to glassblowing/jewelry making.  Has a lot of easels and other furniture.  I bull dozed the prism art studio and then replaced the building on the lot and re-downloaded the glassblowing/jewelry making stuff.  The downloads dashboard says the prism art studio "has finished downloading". The game launcher says "Success! Done!"  when I download the Jewelry Work Bench/Glassblowing.  I'm totally clueless as what to do next.  I was sooooooo looking forward to this new venue.

see i the kiln is in your game , you can if it is place one on your home lot ( and go to edit town clck on the venue build/buy and place one there if you want to )and have your sim use/skill up with it  the jewellery can also be found in CAS you can send your sim to the dresser-plan outfit-accessories  just so you know there is male and female necklaces and if you put a male necklace on a female it doesn't like right  you'll see what i mean if that happens just don't worry  thinking something else went wrong as seen in image 1
