The Sims 3 - changing the type of the real estate?

My sims bought a real estate which was a bar before.

Now I'd like to change the type of the real estate and turn it to some kind of a tattoo salon.

It says that now the type of the real estate is "next door / local bar" but i'd like to turn it to "tattoo salon" or something...

HELP ME PLEASE!
