@_wxhell__ Try a different browser; I just downloaded the CAP tool using Firefox without any issues. Here's the direct download link in case it helps:

Both my antivirus and PC block it, they say it has malware
@_wxhell__ It's not malware, it's just an executable, as in, a file that can execute code. Some simple or low-end antivirus programs will flag any .exe they don't recognize. You should have the option to allow the download anyway. Or if not, download it on a different computer and transfer it to yours.
