The Sims 3 - Oops! We are not able to process your request.

I bought the sims 3 with humble bundle. I have a origin account and i try to enter thesims3.com for registration but thesims3 website give me "Oops! We are not able to process your request." this err...

The same thing happened to me, but I was assuming I was getting "invalid code" because of the account issue I posted about (I chose a persona other than "ferretgr1" for my Sims 3 persona).
