The Sims 3 - Oops! We are not able to process your request.

I bought the sims 3 with humble bundle. I have a origin account and i try to enter thesims3.com for registration but thesims3 website give me "Oops! We are not able to process your request." this err...

Sign up for an Origin account directly, don't use the Sims 3 form - the Sims registration it doesn't tell you if there is a problem with your age (must be over 18) or your password (Must contain a mix of upper lower case and numerics).

Once you have a working Origin account, log into the Sims with that.
