Hey,
I currently have running Seasons, Supernatural, Late Night and Ambitions running. When I go to save my game, error code 16 comes up. I've tried resolving this by saving under completely different names, however every time I go to stave, the error then happens again. Once I've manged to save it, when I load it back up, it states that there 'has been a serious error.' Can anyone help?

Check if you have any folders called *.bad in your saves folder. If so, delete them. They can't be used anymore and might mess up the good ones.
Do you have admin rights on your PC ?
For some reasons the file can't get overwritten and they go bad because of that. Saving under a different name makes the save usable again but the bad ones are well, still bad.
You can still get them again but you should be able to open your saved games again (were you ?)
If you get the error regularly I would start to save in circles. Start with save1, save2, save3 ... and then after a certain amount (I usually do 10 but 5 is fine two) overwrite the first one.
I also save before going on vacation under yet another name and before going home from there, before moving and getting married (at the moment I even save before opening the player wall). You can also backup the folder on a regular basis to cut your losses.
