The Sims 3 - The Pro Simmer Level

What is the Pro Simmer Level? Some are saying that it is basically just where you play you're games without cheats and you have mastered all the skills. If that is the case then, well I've done that ...

Never heard of that.

Was is it supposed to do ? Something in game ? Do you maybe have a link for more info ?

        Maybe it has something to do with Sims Social ? I don't know Sims Social at all.
