1qotcb37p81g So you can't open the game in the new account even while your computer is online? If that's the case, I would uninstall it through the EA App, then manually uninstall the App too, like this:
Reinstall the App, then reinstall Sims 3 to Macintosh HD > Applications > EA Games or somewhere else within Applications. By that I mean the main Applications folder, not the one in Users > your username.
okey, took some time but just did all that and.. it crashed again im so over this
1qotcb37p81g I haven't suggested changing the graphics settings yet because your game crashes before any significant graphics rendering is done. But I guess it's worth trying: load to the Main Menu, turn everything down to the minimum, disable Advanced Rendering, enable Object Hiding, put the game into windowed mode (cmd-return) if it isn't already, and quit to desktop. Then try again to load a save.
If you can't get to the Main Menu in the new account, you can try it in your original account.
If that doesn't help either, the only other suggestion I can think of right now is to reinstall macOS. You can do so without wiping your computer:

It does take a while though, so I'd start the process when you're about to do something else.
