THE SIMS 3 AMBITIONS - DOESN'T RECOGNISE THE SERIAL CODE AS VALID
I purchased the game (the sims 3 deluxe, which includes the sims 3 ambitios) on Monday, 15 Octomber 2012 - this Monday-
I installed successfully and played on Monday the sims 3.
On Tuesday, I installed the sims 3 ambitions expansion pack successfully and also played as well. Created sims, build a house etc. I saved the game before exit.
Today, I open the game I press "start" and after a while -on the screen with family choise and a messages shows up "unable to recognize as valid the serial code of the game, connect with the customer support"
I have windows 7 home premium.
What should I do?
