Hi, thought I'd see what EA help would say. Had a total of 10 different people answer me. Not one acknowledged either the real problem or the fix. Still deciding on the patch by Lazy Duchess which does seem the best workaround but may just not do it. Was having a nostalgia moment but remember that I now move about the game Sims 4 style so perhaps will just let 3 go.
