The Sims 3 Collectors Edition

Hello,

          I was wondering if I could get a little help/advice here. When the sims 3 first came out I not only preordered but I also opted for the collectors edition. I have the key for the game itself but for the "free/extra" content I was given a second key. I just got a new computer and of course wanted to install the sims 3 on it.

The first key worked no problem but the second key is short the number of Characters needed to "register" it. I am hoping someone can help me as I want the sportscar as well as the sims 3 ringtones it also says on the case that there is exclusive game content but does not list what that content is.

Can someone help me out here? I am working toward having ALL the sims 3 games expansions and stuff pax but I need the sims 3 "base game first to recreate all my families and whatnot.

Thanks in advance for ANY help or suggestions on this.

    Thank you Rum, I found the answer by talking with CS  I was trying to put the code in as a key, when he/she pointed out it's the redeem a code sections on the main sims page I found what the CS was talking about but as yet have not checked my game to see if it actually worked. I sure hope it did after going crazy trying to add it in VAroom Varoom! the coffee maker and the car could be in my household VERY soon!

    Although I am glad you took the time to research and post, that isn't the one(s) I am talking about.

    Sadly when my dog was a pup, she got hold of the (empty) case to my sims3 disc and chewed most the label off.

    All that is showing on it now is the SIMS3 Collectors Edition and at the top is a picture of the car with the words Includes:

    Vintage sports car download the sims3 neighborhood map.

    On the left top it says:

    Includes:

    The Sims3

    Exclusive 2 gb the sims plumbob USB drive

    New the Sims3 Theme music ringtones

    Exclusive Game Content

    When I tried to "register" to regain those items, where the original registry key has 20 characters this key only has 16.

    I hope I clarified things a bit better and SOMEONE out there Knows what I am talking about and can help me out.

    the other car looks like a super charger i have no idea about that one  how ever if the map you refer to is riverview ?? that is on the sims 3 site to download for free  unless you wish to contact CS

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

    I found it, well a listing of the game anyway... Sims 3 Collectors Edition

    Maybe folks will recognize it and lead me to the "right " folks that can help with this.

    the "right people " wil be CS as the content may no longer be available and they can advise as to yay or nay
