the sims 3 community will not let me create an account

You don't need to make one since you already have one. When you buy or install through Origin, one is created for you.

Try logging in with the same info that you use on Origin and then go here to add Dragon Valley to your account: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html

i have the same problem and when i sign in using my origin information it takes me to the Register for Sims 3 Community page and when i hit sign up it rederects me back to the same Register for Sims 3 Community page nothing happens . PLS HELP !

Try clearing your internet browser history, Use Firefox or IE. If using Safari or Chrome the sims 3 web may give you issue. You register worlds on the sims 3 web by scrolling down to the bottom of the web and redeem code. Do not do this while logged into your launcher, do this logged directly on the web. Log out clear your internet browser history then log back in, run your mouse over the store, run your mouse over my store accout and then click on purchase history. Dowload items from your purchase history your launcer will atomatically open

If you are having trouble getting your origin account to sync with the sims 3 web some say changing your passwrod in origin will kick in the sync.. If that does not work EA may have to reset your account and you would have to contact EA directly for that

This is the same issue I'm having. It's driving me nuts! I want to be able to play with my friends but when I go to log in it sends me to that page to register and it won't let me register! I already checked to make sure all my passwords are right using my email, and when I exit the page it doesn't let me log in on the launcher. Please help me!!!!

if it's looping like that try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox also if you have an origin account usually the sims 3 and origin use the same email and password so also try login with the email and password of origin

If you have a pc the game uses IE (Internet Explorer) to communicate. You need to clear the browsing history in IE regardless of which browser you normally use. Windows 10 has IE11 - just search for it.

I have the same issue but i downloaded the game through steam. I am doing everything i can to make my account but it says i already have one when i don't think i do. And i would really like to download items from the store place thing to add to my character, i clicked i forgot my password and it says it sent an email but it didn't. I have a gmail.
