The Sims 3 crashes on character creation

Hello, I bought my Sims 3 and 5 expansions on Steam. I installed normally, but when I create the character it crashes after 5 minutes and never come back, the game screen goes black for a few times. The computer I have here is good and runs several other games of the same size, there is no reason not to work, because it is only at character creation that happens. I've changed the resolution, decrease the charts and still keeps crashing. If anyone can help me, thank you!
