@theoplayss What world(s) are you playing in? Do you use mods and custom content? It's fine if you do, but that does need to be taken into account.
- @puzzlezaddict both Bridgeport and Sunset Valley (I have no other worlds). No CC or mods exist. I did delete a couple of packages files in Documents/ The Sims 3/ but it only maximised my play time to about an hour (bare in mind I shut my macs screen during the game, and after reopening and continuing the game, it lasted about 20 minutes)
@theoplayss Does this happen if you don't shut your laptop screen? Are you playing with the laptop plugged in the whole time, or are you running on battery?
- @puzzlezaddict It has happened before with laptop screen always on (like 9 out of the 10 times that happened). I always play my games while being plugged.
