@theoplayss What world(s) are you playing in? Do you use mods and custom content? It's fine if you do, but that does need to be taken into account.

@theoplayss Does this happen if you don't shut your laptop screen? Are you playing with the laptop plugged in the whole time, or are you running on battery?
- 3 years ago@puzzlezaddict It has happened before with laptop screen always on (like 9 out of the 10 times that happened). I always play my games while being plugged.

@theoplayss What version of macOS are you running?
Have you noticed anything happening around the time of the crashes? It could be a certain sim-time of day, or a sim interacting with a certain object. For example, trying to use the climbing wall from the store causes an instant crash, and if you placed one somewhere in the world, another sim could attempt to use it without your noticing.
Please also try playing while your computer is offline. You can sign into Origin and put the game in offline mode, then disable wifi before pressing Play.
