Can someone help me? I bought The Sims 3 World Collection (the Monte Vista and Hidden Springs worlds should appear in the game launcher) and they're not showing up in my library. I've already repaired the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the EA app, and cleared the app cache about five times. Does anyone know what I should do?
wiizbear Please see the first post of this master thread for an explanation of how to register and install Store worlds; this needs to be done through the Sims 3 Store website, not through the EA App.

Hello! I'm glad I've come across your post as I've just discovered I've got a similar issue.
Since origin ended and we've had to use the ea app, half of my purchases from sims 3 are missing. I've looked on my order history, and everything listed before sims 4 has no description, no price (just sco) only an order number. I'm hoping the ea support could help us.
