    @nessatay2223 (and everyone else in this thread)  I've flagged this issue to EA but don't know of anything else to suggest at the moment.  It's clearly not universal, which probably makes the issue more difficult to resolve.  Hopefully there will be some news soon.

I'm having the same problem. Spoke to two advisors but no solution. The last one cut me off and I can't seem to get any response. Did you find a solution
