The sims 3 "error during startup"

This has already deen asked many times i know but nothing is helping me

Anything from here, the EA help chat and all over the internet is not working

I have already tried:
- Uninstalling and installing again

- Repairing

- Step 1 again : )

(to make sure its not my primary profile)

- Renaming the the sims 3 folder in documents to "The Sims 3 Old" and tried opening the game

and Youtube, oh youtube. So many videos, nothing helps

If you have something that could work PLEASE answer

Even in the EA help chat the agent havent seen anything like this EVER

    IT WORKS

    This may sound, weird but

    I had to find my cd/dvd player and plug it in to my pc and download an old cd copy of sims 3 and then repair it from EA app

    Then uninstall that and install it from EA app again and now it works🙌

    This may sound, weird but

    @Lauisee  That is very strange, and it sounds like there were some hidden files that Revo didn't find and remove.  Thanks for the update.
