The Sims 3 Expansion Pack Registration Codes "INVALID"?? PLEASE HELP!
Hi everyone, ive been playing the sims 3 base game for about a month now and i decided that it was time to get a few expansion packs. I decided to buy "Late Night", "Generations" and "Ambitions" as a direct download from the Origin Store.
Upon downloading and installing each expansion pack, i am now unable to play the sims unless i enter the registration code for either my sims 3 base game or either of the three expansion packs. the following message appears each time i launch the sims 3;
Please enter the entire Registration Code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card
The problem that i am facing is that no matter how many times i enter any of the correct product codes, i am faced with another message;
Re-enter and verify your Registration Code
Please carefully re-enter the entire code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card.
no matter how many times i re-enter any of the codes i am just repeatedly faced with this message!
if i click the "dont continue" button, i am then faced with another message;
IMPORTANT MESSAGE!
The registration code is invalid for this product. Find your registration code either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card.
Can anyone help me? am i entering the wrong codes or is there a way around this?
another thing, two of my expansion packs were obtained using an origin redeem code. i redeemed the codes using the origin desktop launcher, rather than going on the sims 3 website. Does this make a difference?
