@kelso99329 If you already used the product codes for your missing packs, you won't be able to use them again. However, they should already be attached to your Origin account, or rather the account you used at the time. The same is true if you registered the content on the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com ), as that site and Origin share information.
If your missing packs are attached to a different account, you can contact EA customer support and request that that account be merged with your current one, or vice versa. You'd need to have access to that account and the email address tied to it in order to prove ownership. The account that disappears in the merge will lose all store content, so choose accordingly if that matters to you.
