@aac85d9cf262b48c This happens when someone's product codes are revoked or made invalid, for one reason or another. The only fix is to go back to support (again, sorry) and ask about the status of your packs, not only whether they're still on your account but whether their codes are active and valid.
This is a common issue, sure, but no one is looking into it on a wider scale. The problem has already been diagnosed—bad codes—and needs to be fixed on the support side, by removing the codes. Whether new, valid codes are added depends on the circumstances: a code that was revoked for a legitimate reason won't be replaced, but one that's invaid through no fault of your own, for example if you had an account merge that wasn't done correctly, can be replaced.
If the new support rep brushes you off again, please post back here. I can't do anything about it, but an EA community manager might be able to help, for example telling you how to word things better or just confirming that this is a problem for support to solve. It's a holiday weekend in the U.S., so it may take a couple of days to get a reply, but someone will see your thread if you post back.

Thank you, I will contact them again and let you know what they tell me.
I was gifted the EPs from a friend who just sent me the code, no idea where they bought it and they worked properly years ago.
now they are installed but do not show up.
Youre very kind, I’ll keep you updated!
