The sims 3 expansion packs installed but not showing up in launcher

Years ago I purchased a 9 expansion packs back when the store was called Origin and they all played well. I re-installed the game last week, all 9 EPs are installed in my computer but only 7 of them...

Hello, similar problem for me,

The Worlds Adventures DLC is downloaded in EA page, but not on Sims3 starter page.

Already tried to reinstall everything numerous times but still not working. It still worked like 1 or 2 years ago, one day it disapeared and nothing since.
