Hello!
So I just bought Sims 3 for a PC. I followed the instructions and went through Origin but when it was time to enter my code to start downloading Sims 3 an error message came up. The error states, "This code has already been used". I am not sure why it isn't working. I read over and over the instuctions and looked for another code but nothing works. What do I do?

if the game was bought 2nd hand/used the code/s will be tied to the original persons account and are non transferable nor can they be reregistered to another account for ,
for newly bought games either from origin or from a shop/store even newly bought games can run into the used/invalid code issue and you may need to contact CS
