ok, I think I found the 'solution'. I had to buy a key for The Sims 3 even though I already had the game. After adding the Sims 3 to the library for the second time, it started downloading :D
@puzzlezaddict The message is in Polish, but when translated it says 'something went wrong while downloading. Give us a few minutes and try again.' Yesterday I read entries about a similar problem for other people, that the game stops during constant preparation. This thread is already a few months old, has there been a solution? ☹️
