@sobeut Without the product codes, there's not much EA support can do to help you. But perhaps you registered the codes on the old Sims 3 site at some point, for example if you wanted to download free store content like Riverview. Please try signing into Origin, or any EA site, with any email address you still have access to, and clicking "Forgot your password?" If an address is associated with an EA account, it should receive a password-recovery email; be sure to check the spam filter as well as the inbox.
Also, if you have access to a computer where Sims 3 has been installed at any point, you might still be able to find the codes there.
