The sims 3 Lucky Palms won't install. Help?

I've got the latest version or the launcher. It's the standard issue of Lucky Palms. And it's appearing as an object in my downloads tray.

So basically, I bought the Sims 3 Lucky Palms for 2450 Simpoints. 

I downloaded it and tried to install it. I got a few other stuff and they all worked, but the Sims 3 Lucky Palms fails. I get a box in the cornor or my screen saying it's a currpot file. So I tried re-downloading it and nothing happened. I've tried at at least 10 times. So then I tried re-starting my system and I did it again. It didn't work.

I erally want to play in Lucky Palms but I just don't understand what to do. 

I'm new to all this, so I'm not sure about cache or anything. I don't even know if I'm posting this in the right place! x3

So for the mistakes, but please, can anybody help?
