@eelchan0218 You'll need to contact EA customer support and ask that the game be added back to your account. When you submit the help request, include these screenshots as well as any proof of purchase, for example an email receipt, that you can find.
I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue. At the moment, Sims 3 > [Mac\PC] > Manage My Account > Find Missing Game offers the live chat option below the email form.
