The Sims 3 my sims legs disappear when they shower

When one of my sims undresses to go shower, his legs disappear. They reappear when he gets dressed. His feet are still there, its just the legs that are gone. I don't use any mods, only default replacement cc. I have late night and high end loft. I've tried taking cc out, it doesn't work. I've tried bringing him into cas and changing his outfits, doesn't work. I've also tried the resetSim cheat, which does not work either. It has been like this since I created him. Someone please help, it doesn't slow down my gameplay or anything, it's just annoying.

  • @arcticplum  It sounds like you have bad custom content somewhere, and it's affected your sim's naked outfit.  This kind of issue can persist even after removing the custom content, depending on what kind it is and how it was installed.  Please let me know whether it's .package-based or .Sims3Pack based—the procedure for getting rid of the latter is a bit more complicated than merely uninstalling or moving one folder.

You may however end up needing a mod to edit this outfit, for example NRaas MasterController.  If you're willing to use MC, at least temporarily, you can have your sim change into his naked outfit and then click on the sim and select NRaas > MC > Stylist.  The outfit will be available to edit just like any other, and you can reassign the legs category to something that isn't invisible.

@puzzlezaddict Hi! Thanks for responding. All my cc seems to be .package based. I actually downloaded MC today, and I’ll let you know if anything changes!
