iv been playing the sims for 3 years now and i have 14 games for it and i got a new laptop and i got the sims 3 on it but no update yet iv been waiting a year for it so far and i want to play all my sims iv got and i cant with out that update help me plz xxxx
No, Laptops are not upgradable.
Many people with your cpu have the same issue: They can play the base game but not any expansions.
The minimum requirements need at least a 2.4 ghz CPU or equivalent. You only have a AMD 1.0 ghz which is not an equivalent.
Did you ever play with all expansions ?
They were probably better in specs.
