@GiaVi_13 and @KASPERSKA334  Please try the Full Disk Access suggestion in post 5.  After changing the settings, run the EA App recovery tool (under the Help menu at the top of the screen when you have the App open) and restart your computer.

    @KASPERSKA334  Open System Settings > Security & Privacy, click the lock to make changes and enter your password, click Full Disk Access on the left, and add Sims 3 on the right.
