The Sims 3 not loading, won't sign in to account

@notemilyd3  Please open Keychain Access, in Applications > Utilities, search for sims3 , and delete any entries you find.  Then try again to play, without signing in at all, and see whether it works. If it does, you can try signing in at the Main Menu or through the launcher, separately.  If you get the same hang while connecting, just delete the same Keychain Access files.
