How can I use the Kinect sensor? I have already calibrated, but the option to enable voice recognition does not appear

Let's give the following steps a try-
Verify that your Kinect sensor is on:
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Kinect.
- Verify that Kinect on is selected. If it isn't, select it to turn on the sensor.
Try a full power cycle on your Xbox:
- Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
- Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
Calibrate your microphone:
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Kinect.
- Select Kinect doesn't hear me.
- Select Start audio check.
