I recently bought "The Sims 3 Island Paradise". I entered the code to get the Limited Edition Content buut an error message came up about "system not available" Anyway, I sntered the code a second time and it was said that the code was used already. I figured I would go to "Purchase History" to download the content from there but I cannot find the Purchase History. Please help me. I keep looking everywhere but cannot find the thing. Thank you for helping.
on the sims 3 site under your user name is a drop down menu-click the little arrow-my store account-then purchase history you may be asked to enter your password again go to your purchase history download and install your item if it's not showing up then contact CS

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
